In India, every other seed is consumed. Some seeds provide taste as well as add flavour and taste to the food. Consuming seeds can be very much easier if they are organic. In India, sesame seeds are consumed in many ways like in curry or sweet form. For example, sesame seeds balls which means ladoo. Can be consumed as bars. It is also used for garnishing the rice pulao. In Indo- Chinese dish is used to garnish over the chicken.
There is a saying in Japan that the food is first tested by eyes and then tasted by the tongue. Many people attracted by how the food looks and decide to have it. People mainly pay for how attractive food is. Sesame seeds are used to garnish and added to have crunch in the food.
In many countries, sesame is used to dissipate over the food by grinding them. This is done for adding extra taste to the food. Southeast countries like Japan, China and are mainly consuming sesame in their dishes and it is the largest counties to consume it. In the middle east countries, they use it for having sweet dishes like halwa and it is a unique way to have it. It is also used as Tahini. Tahini is a thick sesame ground paste that is often used as a dip. And Halwa is a sweet dish in which very various types of dry fruits are added to enhance its flavour.
